Imagine how great it would be if the constructive insight that you gave me made me a better mentor, lawyer, or colleague. Or better yet, an insight that made me a better person. There is no doubt that there are blind spots I have in the way I interact with the world, and I won’t see them until somebody points them out. I’d be deeply grateful for any positive or constructive feedback you could give me so I can continue to improve where there is room to grow. Thank you in advance for your help with this.
